"I love this time of year when the kids have their artwork on display at the library," says a Pennsylvania resident.
"I'm always in awe at the talent and ingenuity of these students, no matter their age."
Souderton Area School District is celebrating Youth Art Month with a K-12 exhibit at the Indian Valley Public Library.
The exhibit, open through April 3, showcases K-12 artwork from every district school.
Students can represent their school and publicly display their creative achievements, said a district press release.
A wide variety of skills and mediums are represented in the exhibit, including drawing, perspective drawing, optical illusions, painting, collage, printmaking, repousse, weaving, animation, sculpture, functional pottery, and more.
Viewers can search for clues to how students made connections between historical art forms, contemporary artists, literature, art from different cultures around the globe, pop culture, and their own experiences. Read the Entire Article
