If you're in Govanhill, Glasgow, and looking for a place to hang your hat, you're in luck: The Govanhill Community Development Trust has secured 30 affordable office and commercial spaces, thanks to a grant from the Community Anchors Fund Glasgow and a partnership between the Virgin Money Foundation and the HFD Charitable Foundation.

"Our ambition is to support them for the benefit of everyone in the area, whether that is people looking for work experience or volunteering opportunities, or residents who will use the services offered from the likes of Food Train or Music Broth," says Keith Kintrea, chair of Govanhill Community Development Trust.

"This is helping to create a thriving social enterprise scene, bringing in organizations that may not have otherwise chosen to locate in Govanhill," he adds. Read the Entire Article
