America's assistant secretary of state for cultural affairs was in Nigeria last week, and she's making headlines for an announcement she made about the country.
Per a State Department press release, Assistant Secretary Emily Satfield announced the formation of the United States on Africa's 26th American Space Summit in Lagos.
