If you're flying out of the Rochester International Airport, you may want to stop by its annual "Elevate Arts" exhibit, which is now open to the public.
It's a joint effort by the airport and the Greater Rochester Arts and Cultural Trust, and it's a chance for travelers to see artwork from artists in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
ABC 6 reports more than 100 pieces of art were submitted, and 38 are now on display.
"What is coming? Who is going to show their art in the Rochester International Airport next year? I want to see it," says Carlota Gay, a local artist who has a painting called "Women through the eyes."
