An Indiana community foundation is putting its money where its mouth is.
The Western Indiana Community Foundation is offering a second round of grants of up to $15,000 to projects that "activate or create public spaces to advance a more vibrant, welcoming, and inclusive community," the foundation says in a press release.

"They also learned that the communities within the broader community are very willing to engage and that being better requires that participants gather and work together."
