The Maine Community Foundation has received a $2.5 million grant from MacKenzie Scott and Dan Jewett for its Maine Expansion Art Fund.
The endowment fund supports Maine’s indigenous, ethnic or rural art projects or programs, especially those serving areas with limited opportunities for art activities and events. There are always many great ideas and organizations doing great work, this grant will enable greater reach and increase options to support art and artists in Maine.
