When Vicente Delgado graduated from Colorado State University's three-year master of fine arts program last year, he thought he'd spent the rest of his life making art.

Instead, he spent the last three years of his life creating a piece of art that's now on display at the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art in Fort Collins, the Denver Post reports.

The piece, titled "Ask Us About In-Cart Financing, 2022," is a print by the 33-year-old Delgado that's part of this year's MFA exhibition.

It's one of seven pieces by graduate students from CSU's Department of Art and Art History that will be on display at the museum from April 28 to July 23.

They're all part of the university's MFA program in the visual arts, which offers students the opportunity to "focus on a particular area amongst seven concentrations and complete a mature body of work in their chosen field," according to the museum's website.

Delgado is a native of Puerto Rico who moved to the US at age 9, the Post reports.

He went on to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Yale University before earning his MFA in printmaking from CSU's Department of Art and Art History in Read the Entire Article
