"Callers tire of boring, repetitive on-hold messaging, and businesses need an easy way to control what callers are hearing in advance and on the fly," says Julie Brown, president and CEO of Easy On Hold.
That's why she's hoping her company's "Streaming Queue Music" will help contact centers "truly differentiate their customer experience."
As part of Avaya's DevConnect program, Easy On Hold will work with Avaya's Aura contact center system to test its software, which allows call centers to stream music to callers while they're on hold, TechCrunch reports.
"We're excited to see how our solution will change the way contact centers interact with customers," says Brown.
