The Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa are getting a much-needed upgrade to their facility in rural Iowa.
Thanks to a grant from the Audubon County Community Foundation, they'll be able to install an interactive touch table in the girls' restroom at the Exira Public Library, reports the Des Moines Register.
The foundation, an affiliate of the Omaha Community Foundation, has given more than $2.8 million to community projects in the county since it was established in 1997, per a press release.

The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) published the first of three volumes of its fifth Assessment Report (AR5). The findings of the report show that mainstream businesses have become greener, with an emphasis on reducing carbon emissions which are the key sectors for impact investment.
